Uninstall all the Realtek drivers and control panels, reboot and install just the Windows 7 driver.

I also have a question, If my sound card is dead then would it be possible to buy a USB speaker to have sound? This will resolve the conflict you have between the Realtek and Windows 7 control panels. I understand what you’re saying, Lime green is where it’s been plugged into.
